Privacy policy
Last updated 24 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data FindAHall(“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information described below.
Analytics — Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service provided by Vercel Inc., to understand how visitors use FindAHall so we can improve it. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal data. It measures aggregate page views and derives anonymous, non-identifying data points such as the referring site, country, and the type of device, operating system and browser you use. It does not track you across sessions or other websites, and stores no information that could identify you.
Because it sets no cookies and processes no personal data, Vercel Analytics does not require a consent banner. You can read more about how it handles data in Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.
Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry, claim a venue or report an issue through one of our forms, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address and message. We use these only to respond to you and to act on your request. Form submissions are delivered to us by email via our email provider, Resend.
Venue ratings
If you rate a venue, we store the rating to show an aggregate score on that venue’s page. Ratings are anonymous and are not linked to your identity.
Maps
Venue pages display maps using OpenStreetMap data and third-party map tiles. When a map loads, your IP address is visible to the tile provider as a normal part of serving the map images.
Legal basis and retention
Under UK data protection law, our legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site — and because our analytics use no cookies and no personal data, no consent is required. For responding to enquiries, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows when it was last changed. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please get in touch through the contact form on the site.
